This vintage style pickup set is one of my personal favorites. You know early Les Pauls often had a weaker pickup in the bridge and a stronger wound one in the neck. Well, I have done this with an A5 neck and an A2 bridge setup. The neck is a bit hairy and in your face, but without the blur and mud. And that killer vintage tone is coupled with a bridge that is dry and an bit thinner. For the bridge tone think about a Tele..but with BALLS from these handwound custom P.A.F. pickups.
